Required Qualifications: Matric Bachelor's degree in a related field - advantageous. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a public relations or corporate communications role. Technical Competencies and responsibilities: Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar software Extensive experience in copy writing (not ChatGPT) Handle influence management Create and schedule social media posts Manage Mailchimp account and create monthly newsletters Manage customer careline Oversee community management efforts Behavioural Competencies: Strong communication skills, written and verbal at all levels. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach Organisation and Time Management Ethical behaviour Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
