Company Secretarial Administrator (George and Plettenberg Bay) A well-established company in the Garden Route requires the skills of two Company Secretarial Administrators to join their team. The purpose of the role will be to prepare company secretarial documentation for clients. Requirements: Grade 12 At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role Company secretarial course would be advantageous Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel) Be proactive Excellent planning and organising skills Quality and detail orientation Duties and responsibilities: Prepare company secretarial documentation (trusts / companies / CC’s) and present to clients Prepare letters to Registrar, SARS and the Master’s Office Updating and maintaining statutory records Lodge CIPC documents Lodge STT/Transfer duty payable to SARS Collate documents for registrations, de-registrations and formations (PTY’s, CC’s and Trusts) At least 2 years’ experience in a company secretarial role Indebt knowledge of the following: Companies Act Close Corporation Act Trust and Property Contract Act Basic skills in Word and Excel (Microsoft Office) Knowledge of a Secretarial Program.
