Company Secretarial Administrator - Nelspruit

Minimum requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Companies Act and Trust Administration Act
  • 1 Years' experience in company secretarial in an accounting environment
  • Knowledge of Accfin or Secware
  • Computer Literate
  • Own reliable transport
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the trustees in fulfilling their fiduciary duties
  • Preparation of trust administration requirements
  • Follow up on correspondence with regards to Trust / CIPC matters
  • Reporting matters to compliancy departments
  • Uploading documentation to the Master of the High Court and CIPC
