COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR – AGRICULTURE - Fort Beaufort

• Grade 12 and 2+ years relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to GlobalG.A.P. & SIZA
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role.
• Logistics Knowledge advantageous
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Health & Safety knowledge in the agricultural sector is essential
• First Aid is essential

• Ability to be assertive while at the same time maintaining a high level of respect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

• Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P., SIZA (Ethical and Environmental), and all Export regulations on the farm.
• Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
• Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential risk areas.
• Interpret and advise on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly. Provide compliance training to employees to raise awareness
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues or violations.
• Farm Health & Safety rep all duties associated.
