The duties will include:
- Managing the System Operator (SO) and Third-Party Payment Provider (TPPP) mailboxes
- Filling out a tracking sheet to monitor when requests are received, when they are actioned, and associated volumes.
- Updating the TPPP and SO master lists
- Some standardised responses to basic queries
- Basic compliance management administration
