As part of this role, you'll be responsible for leading the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, ensuring adherence to Data Privacy Regulations and standards outlined by various Governance Frameworks (both local and US-based).Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing organization-wide policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with Laws, Industry Standards, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you'll oversee auditing processes (both internal and external), conduct training sessions, develop training manuals, and perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).Education: BCom/LLB Degree Job Experience & Skills Required: Min. 8 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with both Local and US Governance Frameworks (such as GDPR, NIST, SOC2, etc.). Expertise in Data Protection (including National Data Protection Laws) and Legal Compliance (covering National and US Regulatory Requirements). Familiarity with Computer Security Systems.
