The role: As our Compliance Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our control’s environment, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the standards set by regulatory bodies, manage risks proactively, and handle a variety of legal drafting tasks with precision and expertise. You’ll be instrumental in shaping policies, influencing decisions, and ensuring our firm remains on the forefront of compliance and legal excellence in the financial services industry. Qualifications • Completed relevant degree. Preferably LL.B. • Regulatory Exams for CAT I and II FSP. Experience • 1 to 3 years financial services experience (advantageous). • Good working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, CISCA, POPIA and other related legislation (advantageous). Ready to Dive In?
