Requirements: MatricRE5Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent Skills and experience: A minimum of 5 years’ Risk and Compliance management experience within the insurance industry.Expert knowledge of legislation applicable to the insurance industry.Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g., FICA, FAIS, TCF, FATCA.Strong analytical skills.Ability to use/source all appropriate resources that will enhance the functioning of the Company.Experience with CBR reporting.Interested in learning and progression.Ability to take initiative with strong administration skills.Strong problem-solving, assessment, and interpretation skills.Proficient Ms Office.
