Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients As a Compounder at, you will play a crucial role in the production process by accurately measuring, mixing, and blending ingredients to create our range of cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standard for manufacturing. Responsibilities: Measure and weigh ingredients according to batch formulas. Mix and blend ingredients using various equipment and machinery. Ensure accurate documentation of all ingredients used in production. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the compounding area. Assist with inventory management and ordering of raw materials. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Perform quality checks on finished batches to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
