Bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline (Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) or equivalent Job experience Experience in managing of base metals flotation processes, with exposure to or management of Woodgrove's Direct Flotation Reactors ( DFR) used in our flotation processes being a distinct advantage. Job experience in mining or other heavy industry At least 15 years. Managerial experience At least 5 to 10 years of experience in similar managerial roles in the mining industry with strong preference for experience with l arge capital mining projects , from engineering completion stage through plant ramp up. Experience with the start-up of concentrator operations , and experience in managing all concentrator activities, of significant scale and complexity. Possesses ‘cold climate' experience and has worked on projects located in extreme cold weather climates. Otherwise, should possess experience working in remote and/or otherwise extreme locations. A deep commitment to risk management and superior health, safety and environmental performance.
