REQUIREMENTS- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in administration and customer service
- Computer literate Word and Excel
- Excellent command of the English language spoken and written
- Highly organised

DUTIES- Respond to emails and action requests such as booking conferences, as requested via email or telephonically
- Assist clients with questions, queries & requests
- Responsible for issuing, editing, or deleting passcodes managing this account maintenance
- Working in a shared email box
- Acceptance of booking requests
- Manage and being fully responsible for all bookings from inception to completion
- Setup of system for the conference call required by the client
- Accuracy in ensuring the booking details are correct and no customer accounts are blocked on the system
- Load booking on the inhouse system paying careful attention to all details
- Corresponding with third party service suppliers for any event as required
- Run tests to ensure everything is working smoothly
- Action any dial outs assigned
- Monitoring and doing lead on assigned conferences calls
- Scanning active conferences
- Answer any calls throughout the day including Investor Relation calls
- Transferring Clients to their calls
- Being lead operator on any Investor Relation call
- Responsible for post mortem of conference (all as requested by client)
- Send recording to client and for transcript
- Setup recording for playback
- Send Participant list
- Send transcript to client once received
- Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
