Description: Hire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Construction Estimator in Pretoria. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of construction projects and providing timely and competitive bids to clients Responsibilities:- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and materials required- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment- Develop competitive bid proposals for construction projects- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely bids- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as neededRequirements:- Relevant Site Construction experience is needed - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam, Procore, or RSMeans- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Estimator) is a plusContact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Wernardt Snyman at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: Engineershireresolve.za.com See Description See Description
