Delivery Ensure effective & efficient management of projects Execution of projects within given time and budget and business developments Final Review Supports reviewing and approving the developed portfolio plan for the terminals and making final adjustments when needed Guarantee of available capacity for handling both sustaining capex delivery plan and other change programs Capex Schedule Supports the developing and maintaining the overall capex schedule for the terminals, based on the information provided in the portfolio schedule and availability of resources on the terminals Coordination of overall delivery schedule and guarantee that the terminals can operate as usual Cost Control Support & provide input to and monitoring capex budget, providing budget cycle support project reporting Optimal insight into and control of projects budgets Risk management Responsible for ensuring identification, assessment and reduction of project risks Management and minimization of risk exposure and ensuring effective risk control measures are in place Contractor Management Responsible for selecting suppliers and contractors for projects and concluding contracts Mobilization of required resources for achieving project results during delivery and contribution to high quality performance by third parties Monitoring & Reporting Executes the monitoring of capex projects (risks and progress), taking corrective actions when needed and controlling changes during delivery, using the reporting template Delivery of projects against an appropriate level of quality and costs and within the determined scope Deviation Management Execute the managing, monitoring and preventing of deviations; as well as identifying and taking improvement actions Avoidance of deviation and/or mitigation of deviation effects in case of occurrence Project close-out Executes delivering the project in line with project objectives, budget and planning, evaluating project results and handing over project to South African OpCo Ensure the project is properly closed-out, and handed over to line management and relevant lessons are summarised and shared Tertiary Qualification Grade 12 or equivalent QC Level 2 Qualification from SAIW SAIW Certification in ASME Codes SAIW Certification in Pressure Vessels Experience Minimum 15 years' experience managing projects within the Petro-chemical industry Experience with Tank Construction and Tank Jacking System Market-related
