Minimum qualification, skills, and experience: BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering 3 years Professional Registered with SACPCMP 10 years’ experience in Construction Management Strong supervision and management skills Excellent in site/project administration, sub-contractors’ relation and management. Proficient in MS projects, MS Office Good client relations. Tracking of master program and reporting on the program. Excellent planning skills – procurement, subcontractors, etc Good labour relations and management Handle routine contract administration including enforcing site Health and Safety requirements. Must have a driving licence and driving experience, own vehicle will be an added advantage. Behavioural competencies: Excellent communication and report writing skills Analytical thinker and innovative. Self-starter who solves problems with little to no guidance.
