RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Construction Manager on behalf of our client, an Engineering Construction company based in Johannesburg. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning to completion Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project Monitor and enforce adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage project budget and track expenses Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the engineering construction industry B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering or a related field Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in project management software and tools Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
