Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Control and supervision of all cleaning staff and security guards Control and management of the parking system Ensure that all maintenance contractors are issued with work orders prior to jobs being commenced and that all work is carried out timeously and in terms of the relevant work order Attending to and repairing of all minor maintenance items (changing of light bulbs, painting, repairing of doors etc.) Maintaining of plant register and maintenance schedule REQUIREMENTS Qualification: Grade 12 advantageous Experience and Knowledge: 3 years previous experience within a retail/commercial property environment Knowledge of building facilities, operations and maintenance Skills and Attributes: Computer literate Attention to detail Staff management skills Specific Requirements: Own transport Clear health record Clear credit record No criminal record The post Construction Manager appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
