The successful candidate will have: Any trade Certificate or Diploma in any construction-related field. Minimum 10 years proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Residential property development will be advantageous. Core Competencies : Communication skills - written and verbal. Good time-management skills. Excellent planning and coordination skills.
