Responsible for marketing to existing customers Capturing and processing of invoices Maintain minimum required service levels to customers Grow and expand the current customer base Keep customer database up to date Follow up all queries with field staff and customers on a day to day basis Process stock returns Assist with management of credit limits Process customer claims Grade 12 Previous Pastel Evolution experience essential Minimum 3 years sales experience in a call centre environment Be able to work unsupervised and still meet deadlines Be able to communicate well with customers and other departments Office 365 proficient CTC R250k - R300k incentives
