We are a leading recruitment company specializing in Permanent (Perm) placements, Temporary Employment Services (TES) placements, and Contract Placements. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive new business initiatives in industrial areas. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industrial sectors. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met effectively. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Proven experience in business development or field sales. Understanding of industrial sectors and their recruitment needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Own vehicle and a valid driver's license. Availability to work in the office 2-4 times a week, with flexibility for field work.
