Our Consultants are highly sought after in the industry for the delivery of mission critical projects, as our versatile knowledge of financial services, business analysis, data systems, quantitative experience and strategic insight allows us to provide a unique service to our clients. We are always looking for new CA talent to join our ranks, seeking out the finest individuals in their field to add value to our highly skilled and experienced team. Working both independently and in a team of consultants. Performing financial analysis and providing solution orientated intelligence to stakeholders Understanding and consideration to critical industry financial regulation in the performance of your role Documenting business requirements. Documenting functional and technical requirements for large system implementations. Design and implement management reports and dashboards. Compiling presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Identifying and anticipating risks within projects and escalating such risks Solving complex industry specific problems. Ensuring a high quality of deliverables and outputs on all projects. Influence critical finance transformation initiatives in banks and insurers. Qualified CA (SA) at first attempt. Has subject matter knowledge in banking, insurance and/or consulting. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or consulting. Tools such as SQL, SAS, VBA and BI are advantageous. Additional certifications of interest include: CFA, CIMA, FRM and/or FRR. We are looking for individuals that: Are open-minded and adaptable to change.
