We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter for the position of Loans Consultant - to be based with our client on the East Rand, Johannesburg. Key Skills and Requirements: Completed Grade 12 3-5 years experience in the micro-lending/ financial industries Proven experience in consistently achieving sales targets Valid drivers' license and own vehicle - a requisite Proficient in the use of MS Office; specifically MS Excel Working knowledge of Proloan / Compuscan would be highly advantageous Applicants must be able to converse in English, Zulu, Sepedi and Sotho Behavioral Attributes: Applicants must be self-motivated and target driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with individuals at various levels Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; Maintain existing client relationships while developing the client base within the region Manage supplier relationships through continuous engagement Be actively responsible for marketing and promoting loan products Conduct presentations to clients Interpret credit reports and provide feedback on same Be responsible for administration; completing and submitting loan agreements
