Consumer Relations Consultant - Potchefstroom

The main function of the Consumer Relations Consultant is the effective management and resolution of consumer enquiries, disputes and complaints pertaining to their credit information or personal information that is held on the credit bureau records. Basic Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) 2 years’ office administration Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word. Outlook) Confident, Independent, Self-Motivated Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions Good communication skills Between 20 to 30 years of age Excellent English and Afrikaans language skills - ability to speak, read & write on a professional level.
