WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? BCOM in Accounting Post graduate degree or certification. Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous) ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge. Change - & Project Management. Excellent and articulate communicator. Ability to influence and engage with authority. Strong business acumen. In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting areas, e.g., Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc. ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Experience in global SAP template rollouts IT Knowledge (SAP very advantageous) Agile methodology experience German speaking
