Introduction: Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Analyst II to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business intelligence initiatives and providing valuable insights to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. Develop, implement, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Design and optimize data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting. Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across various systems. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports. Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with existing systems. Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
