Job Description: As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort. You will be responsible for managing contracts, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Your expertise in staff management, food and beverage knowledge, and strong administrative background will be essential in driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Oversee all aspects of staff management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations to enhance dining experiences for guests. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to uphold five-star standards of service. Utilize strong administrative skills to streamline operations and optimize efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and improvement. Requirements: Previous experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star environment. At least 4 Years comparable experience. Proven track record of effective staff management and leadership. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage contracts, budgets, and schedules. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
