KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define project objectives and goals on receipt of a contract.
- Prepare, monitor and update project programmes on a regular basis.
- Meet with customers to discuss project progress.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Liaise, as required, with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.
- Monitor actual costs against budget costs and identify focus areas.
- Prepare compensation events in relation to impacts from the customer or others.
- Evaluate and report on contract performance monthly.
- Ensure that contract documents are accurate, well maintained and correctly stored.
- Generate customer reports and invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a BEng or BSc Degree
- Project Management background will be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years in an Engineering and Design environment and/or a minimum of three (3) years of engineering project experience.
- Have strong computer skills and knowledge of programs such MS Word, MS Excel and MS Projects
- Be prepared to travel locally and internationally.
