Responsibilities Manage and oversee contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify potential risks Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure contract specifications are met Monitor project progress and make adjustments to contracts as needed Handle contract disputes and assist in resolution efforts Requirements Tertiary Degree/Diploma (Building or Civil) 15 years technical experience 8 years managerial experience SACPCMP (Construction Manager) Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts simultaneously Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficiency in contract management software and tools Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
