We are a reputable Gauteng-based construction company, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced Contracts Manager to join their vibrant team. With a dedication to quality and a track record of completing projects of the highest caliber. Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Manage contracts ( NEC, GCC, JBCC, and FIDIC). Maintain all Contractual, Legal and Commercial Conditions of the Contract. Responsible for Project Risk management Responsible for effective management of all Project Resources Manage and achieve Project profitability targets Manage suppliers contractors, and subcontractors appointed to execute the project. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, in order to complete the project within budget and contractual delivery period Monitor, control and report on Project performance indicators such as Cost, Schedule and SHEQ Manage Cash flow, invoices, Debtors, Sureties and Guarantees Assist commercial/tendering function within the business with compilation of tenders Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Degree in civil engineering 8 years relevant construction and commercial experience with an understanding for the principles of GCC / FIDIC / NEC contract conditions. 5-10 years' Experience in Roads, Water and Sewer including concrete structures. Extensive contract management and claims management experience Sufficient contract management experience on a civil construction project ECSA Professional Registration (PR.Eng /PR Technologist) SACPCMP Registration Market related salary package equivalent to experience.
