Email samenergy-africa-recruitment.com . Our client is an international EPC working on a hybrid project comprising of Solar, wind and BESS. This is a contract position until around November 2025. Based on site in the Western Cape (Matjiesfontein) Requirements: At least 5 years plus relevant working experience, 2 of which should be as a contracts manager, and 2-3 of which should be in renewables. Key responsibilities: Crafting Contracts : They create, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various. contracts, covering a range of transactions. Supplier Relations : Contracts Managers maintain relationships with suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters. Record Keeping : They meticulously maintain records of correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and ongoing negotiations. Communication : Contracts Managers communicate contract-related information to stakeholders. Monitoring and Decision-Making : They monitor contracts and decide whether to close out, extend, or renew them based on the company's best interests. Problem Solving : When contract-related issues arise, they work to resolve them with other parties and internally within the company.
