As a Contract Renewals Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless renewal of contracts related to voice, cast, and music for our advertising projects. You will be responsible for timely communication with relevant parties, managing the renewal process, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in Adrights.As a Contract Renewals Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless renewal of contracts related to voice, cast, and music for our advertising projects. You will be responsible for timely communication with relevant parties, managing the renewal process, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in Adrights. Key Responsibilities: Contract Renewal Management: Proactively monitor and identify upcoming contract renewals for voice, cast, and music. Maintain a detailed schedule to ensure timely notification of renewal deadlines to all relevant parties. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for renewals. Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes for contract renewals. Engage in negotiations with talent agents, artists, and other relevant stakeholders Renewal Process Oversight: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. Adrights Management: Responsible for uploading new contracts and renewal information onto Adrights. Ensure all contract data is accurately recorded and updated in Adrights for easy retrieval and reporting. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with talent agents, artists, and internal stakeholders. Address any concerns or queries related to contract renewals promptly. Invoicing and Financial Tracking: Track and report on the financial aspects of contract renewals. Qualifications Proven experience in contract management in the advertising or entertainment industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines. Familiarity with Adrights or similar contract management systems is a plus. Knowledge of voice, cast, and music industry practices and trends. Additional Information Personal Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
