Our client is looking for a Controls Engineer that will join their company in the automation industry.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with relevant experience.
5 years of practical experience in a control systems environment.
Proficient in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, with knowledge of other PLC brands being advantageous.
Experience in working with TIA Portal and Studio 5000, with beneficial experience in S7, RS Logix 5000, and Logix 500.
Proven experience in HMI and SCADA system design and development.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB, C++, or C.
Knowledge of or experience working with industrial robots.
Familiarity with safety in control systems.
Proficient in reading electrical drawings and diagnosing electrical systems.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet or Profibus.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead or participate in control system projects from conception to implementation.
Experience with commissioning and start-up of control systems in industrial settings.
