Their commitment to excellence and innovation sets them apart, and they are looking for a dedicated Conventional Lathe Operator to contribute to this success Work to Close Tolerances: As a Conventional Lathe Operator, you’ll be responsible for machining components with utmost precision, adhering to tolerances as tight as 0.02. Read and Understand Drawings: You’ll interpret engineering drawings, translating them into precise machining instructions. Your ability to visualize the end product from technical schematics will be invaluable. Thread Machining: Operating the lathe, you’ll expertly machine threads using a running steady, even for components up to 700mm in length. Your skill in thread cutting will be put to the test Measuring Equipment: Proficiency in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) is essential. Accurate measurements are the backbone of our work. Overtime Willingness: Our commitment to excellence sometimes requires extra effort. If you’re ready to go the extra mile, we want you on our team. Lathe Machine Mastery: Your familiarity with lathe machines, including G-code controls, is essential. A minimum of 3 years as a Conventional Lathe Operator is required.
