My client, a reputable law firm specializing in various aspects of property law, is looking for a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in conveyancing and correspondent work. Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary. Experience in correspondent work is essential. Proficient in conveyancing software and MS Office suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Must already live in Cape Town Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (reading, writing and speaking) A formal qualification (diploma) in conveyancing is essential.
