Our Pietermaritzburg conveyancing department seeks the services of a well groomed Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal Well presented and Professional Proficiant in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in drafting transfer documents and all related functions on E4 Experience in applying for rates assessments Experience in Transfer Duty applications on the SARS portal Experience in drafting sale and lease agreeements Strong communication and writing skills Consulting and signing agreements and transfer documents with clients Attending to general administrative conveyancing tasks A minimum of 3 years experience in the conveyancing field supported by a stable employment record and contactable references. This is a skilled legal profession. Do not apply if you do not have the relevant experience. R150 000.00 to R175 000.00 per annum 13th cheque and incentives dependant on experience, commitment and service delivery.
