Our Company is looking for a Copy Writer with Business Writing Skills to work for one of our Clients in Bryanston, Sandton. Candidates who have worked for B2B companies like, MTN Business, Vodacom Business, Telkom Mobile Business, FNB Business, ABSA Business, Standard Bank Business or Nedbank Business. Start date: ASAP Contract duration: 6 months could be renewable Location: Bryanston (Sandton) Office bound The Copywriter will primarily focus on producing high-quality content for internal communications, thought leadership initiatives and LinkedIn to engage internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a good understanding of effective communication techniques. Responsibilities: Internal Communications Develop and execute internal communications strategies, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery to all employees. Produce clear and concise internal communications across various platforms, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and digital signage. Collaborate with different departments to gather information and create engaging content that aligns with company values and objectives. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, making data driven recommendations for improvement. Thought Leadership: Collaborate with subject matter experts (internally) to develop thought-provoking and informative content. Create compelling copy for thought leadership pieces, such as articles and case studies, showcasing the company's expertise Ensure all thought leadership content is aligned with the company's brand and messaging. LinkedIn Content: Develop a comprehensive content strategy for LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness engagement through thought leadership positioning. Craft engaging and original posts, articles, and updates for the company's LinkedIn page. Monitor and respond to comments and engage with the LinkedIn community, fostering meaningful interactions. Collaborate with the human resources and marketing teams to align LinkedIn content with overall company campaigns. Website Content: Draft and update content for the company website, ensuring alignment with the brand messaging and objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3- 5 years proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful communication projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Tailor messaging to specific target audiences (e.g. customers, staff, etc.) Be innovative and creative Familiarity with the industry is a bonus Apply Now
