Requirements: Language, journalism or communications degree. 2 years' experience in a creative space, preferably someone who has either worked in an agency or has industry experience i.e. has worked with digital content. Excellent use of the English language - writing skills. A genuine interest, firm understanding and experience in social media and content creation. The ability to consistently produce and communicate fresh ideas and visual concepts. Accute observation and an eye for detail. Excellent organisational skills. The ability to participate in teamwork and bring value to the team. The ability to take constructive criticism into consideration and adapt ideas to suit the brand / client. The ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: General: Mastering tools like Microsoft 365, Planner, Toggl and Kontentino to complete tasks. Relevant industry knowledge. Expert level knowledge of each allocated brand, including positioning and audiences. Send weekly reports to line manager. Adhere to brand's identity and guidelines. A genuine interest in keeping up with trending content, platforms and emerging technologies. Effective time and budget management. Accurate back up filing as per company systems. Copywriting: Create monthly copywriting for a variety of always-on brands. Create storylines and story boards for video and video content. Create copy for online newsletters and websites. Create briefs for creatives by coming up with concepts for printed or digital design. Build creative presentations with the team, to pitch ideas to clients. Work on campaigns from the outset, managing details about the product, target audience and required messaging. Copy check / proof read content. Carry out necessary research to create copy. Collaboration: Kick start monthly content. Arrange brainstorm for creative team. Create planner card, include post dates, allocate to creative team ". Participate effectively during brainstorming sessions. Collaborate with the team to get all content out on time and up to client expectations. Make sure that any non-monthly content and projects are copy checked before submitting as done. Communicates with line manager and traffic controller about progress of projects and any issues that might arise.
