We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Services Coordinator (Twelve (12) Months Fixed-Term Contract to join our team. Job Purpose: To assist the Executive Manager: Corporate Services with the day-to-day responsibilities as follows Corporate Services Co-ordinator Functions: Assist the Human Capital Business Partner with administrative duties Manage Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters including the facilitation of OHS committees Manage the cleaning services Assist with the coordination of meetings and activities for corporate services department Perform routine tasks such as arrangements of meetings, responding to e-mails in consultation with the EM: CS, procurement of office supplies, consolidation of documents, etc General Administration (filing, minutes taking, etc) Minimum A Degree in Human Resource Management/Development/Labour Relations/Office Management or a related qualification.
