Job & Company Description The firm's services focus on capital raising, M&A, structured finance and commercial solutions, BBEE transactions, wealth creation, and preservation etc. As a Corporate Finance Associate you will play a key project management role in deal pitches and the implementation of projects, under the leadership of Principals, with direct responsibility for the mentorship and day-to-day management of the Analysts. Education: Chartered Accountant CFA or FMVA beneficial Job Experience & Skills Required: 1-3 years related experience in corporate finance / M&A / transaction advisory Advanced excel proficiency, with the ability to build corporate financial models.
