Job & Company Description: Our client's international investments range from property to private equity and other direct investments across several countries. Their advisory team works throughout Africa, sourcing growth capital from global investors for their clients. The team has an extensive breadth of experience in financial analysis, valuations, M&A, capital raising and transaction advisory and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transaction analysis, advisory and business support, including financial modelling, valuations, and Financial due diligence etc. The role is 100% remote, with occasional meet-ups with the team in Cape Town.
