The teams services include offering corporate finance advisory to designated clients on Listings, Rights Matters, Balance sheet restructuring, Capital raising, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, BEE, M&A deals and JSE equity sponsor services. The ideal candidate will assist with developing and growing the firms corporate finance advisory offering.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant or other related financial or technical qualification
- 3-5 Years+ experience in corporate finance or private equity
- Experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
- Strong academics
