Corporate Legal Executive - Durban
Education and Qualification:
- Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Be an admitted attorney or advocate or be a corporate lawyer at a reputable legal practice or at a reputable technology or other corporate
- Have at least 710 years experience as a practising attorney, advocate, or in-house legal counsel/corporate lawyer.
- Advanced knowledge of South African Law
- Advanced knowledge of Labour legislation and practices
- Understanding of sugar, logistic & poultry industries (FMCG sector)
- Group policies and procedures
- Computer literacy
- Contract drafting
- Commercial Acumen
