• Administer company wide training program • Conduct training sessions for new hires & existing employees • Support, coach, & develop new hires during their nesting period • Conduct training on system/protocol updates & skill building • Master roles throughout company to enable effective training • Lead Employee Development Program. • Coach, train, and develop on-team trainers & other employees working toward elevated positions. • Design and develop an effective learning content based on a variety of training needs • Create an effective training model depending on the needs of the team and the company • Participate in training review and feedback sessions • Create and develop high quality and effective training materials such as slides, modules, videos, etc. • Consistent evaluation of existing training materials and processes • Make recommendations & provide performance reviews for trainees • Perform other support related tasks and functions • Afternoon/evening shift position (typically 2p-11p, 3p-12a, 4p-1a SAST) • 5 years experience as a Corporate Trainer • Highly professional business presentation & demeanor • Excellent English communication • Strong technical skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • High Speed Internet (uncapped): 25 mbps that can be wired to computer itself • Newer Computer w/ Good Specs: Windows 10, Newer Processor, 8GB RAM, SSD • Accessories: Noise-canceling headset & webcam • Workspace: Private room that is professional, functional, & distraction-free R25 000 - R30 000CTC
