Work with our clients to help shape their financial path. We're looking for an energetic Cost Accountant to bring vibrant energy to the team. As the Cost Accountant you will be responsible for the below: Manage standard costs with procurement and operations, adjusting for new products. Ensure accurate bill of materials input, submit weekly factory performance reports, and review open orders. Handle month-end tasks, actively manage daily variances with the cost analyst, and report on material variances monthly. Support department heads in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure transparency in costs for major decisions, investigate expenditures, monitor internal controls, and identify cost improvement opportunities. Reconcile inventory and fixed assets, participate in stock takes, and provide ongoing guidance to the cost analyst. Job Experience and Skills Required:Completed Diploma in Costing or completed CIMA.5 years’ experience in a FMCG role in finance. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
