Other duties include:
- Audit and update recipe costings across all units.
- Daily reporting on actual vs. theoretical food costs per unit.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation to cost-centres monthly.
- Report on food input cost basket per revenue stream and unit.
- Provide detailed sales analysis per revenue stream and unit.
- Participate in implementing systems to enhance sales and cost reporting.
- Monthly reporting on food costs and sales mix with detailed commentary.
Education:
- BCom degree
- CIMA qualification preferred
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 5 years minimum years experience within a production orientated environment
- Strong costing experience
