As a Cost Accountant, you will play a crucial role in their finance team by managing and analyzing the costs associated with their manufacturing processes and end-to-end supply chain operations. Your insights will directly support their strategic decisions and profitability analysis, ensuring they maintain competitive pricing and efficient resource utilization. Qualifications: Completed Degree in accounting CIMA in Progress FMCG at operational level; 2-3 years essential Supervisory experience; 2-3 years essential Skills: Sage 300 Excel (pivot tables and formulas) People management Good communication skills Job Description: Prepare and assist with audits. Financial accounting including initiating and maintaining company procedures and policies relating to admin and finance. Manage risk and taking corrective action. Budget preparation, monitoring and variance reporting. Forecasting and financial projections. Ensure correspondence/accuracy of financial data. Perform financial month-end up to trial balance. Compile all required reports within set deadlines. Manage Human Resources.
