Key Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Implement effective cost accounting methodologies to track expenses accurately and pinpoint cost drivers.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis on cost trends and expenditure patterns. Monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide clear financial insights to management.
Process Improvement and Compliance: Continuously improve accounting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIMA) is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing background advantageous.
