Costing and Fleet Management Clerk - Northcliff

Requirements:
- Must be able to take instructions.
- Excellent time keeping
- Eye for detail
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Duties:

1. Costing
- Compiling costing reports
- Breakdown of costs such as labour, materials, and time sheet

2. Fleet Management
- Analyse tracking reports and job cards
- Fleet management and maintenance supervision.
- Monitoring driver to ensure adherence to schedules and no abuse of company vehicles
- Prepare weekly tracker reports on each vehicle for CEO.
- Real-time vehicle tracking
- Monitoring, correcting and improving driving behaviours and operations

3. Ad hoc duties
- Filing and document search
- Assisting branch Administrator
- General administration as required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
