Costing and Warranty Clerk - Stellenbosch

*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*

A prestigious luxury dealership is looking for a Warranty and Costing Clerk with strong analytical and time management skills and a natural aptitude for collaborative work to join their upmarket team. You will be responsible for general costing, assessing repair expenses, handling supplier invoices, overseeing Motorplan and warranty claims, and maintaining close communication with the OEM.
Therefore, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a franchised dealership, with proficiency in both cost and warranty, and working knowledge of a DMS is essential when applying.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of Costing and Warranty experience within a franchised motor dealership
Excellent knowledge of warranty procedure and claims
Working knowledge of a DMS package
Stable work history
Contactable references
