A Motor Vehicle Dealership based in Shelley Beach is looking for a
Vehicle Costing Clerk to join their team in the Service Department.
Duties (included but not limited to):
- Ensure that vehicles under warranty are registered on the warranty system
- Assist with service administration when necessary
- Assist with service calls when necessary
- Check Job Cards daily
- Ensure sales, manufacturing dates are correct.
- Ensure chassis and engine numbers correct
- Check service history
- Check extra work required
- Correct allocation of costs
- Quotations, when necessary
- Do general costing accurately
- Check work in progress
- Attend to queries and corrections
- Do job card reversals, when necessary
- Check that previous days invoices are reflected on system.
- Assist with service calls when necessary
- Banking
- Track outstanding cash
Requirements: - Must have at least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Costing Clerk in the Automotive Industry
- Experience on Kerridge
- Drivers license
- Bubbly and energetic personality with good customer care skills
