Experience & Qualification Criteria:
- Degree in Mining, Engineering, Project Management, or as a Mine Overseer
- 9+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in managing multiple project sites with strong leadership skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- General site management of multiple projects with solid mining/engineering technical knowledge
- Hands-on operational experience to ensure project success
- Regular engagement and networking with clients at various levels
- Management of HR functions, including union relations and wage negotiations
- Financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
